Work with us
We are always looking for calm, reliable and observant people to protect the hotels, residences, venues and businesses we look after across London. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.
Security work, done properly
We are an intelligence-led security company. That means our officers are prepared, supported and trusted to use their judgement.
Briefed before your first shift
Every officer completes a written site induction before they start: the layout, the people, and who to call at three in the morning. You will never be sent somewhere blind.
Varied, respected work
Luxury hotels, residential buildings, events and corporate sites. Work where good judgement and good manners matter as much as presence.
Done properly
Everybody we employ is screened to BS 7858, the British Standard for security vetting. We guide you through every step of it, so you are never left guessing.
The people who do this well
An SIA licence and the right to work in the UK matter, and we will ask about both. What matters just as much is how you treat people. Our application asks about twelve things, each through a real example from your own experience.
- 01Communication
- 02Conflict and de-escalation
- 03Customer care
- 04Teamwork
- 05Integrity
- 06Reliability
- 07Observation and awareness
- 08Judgement under pressure
- 09Adaptability
- 10Empathy and vulnerable people
- 11Resilience and learning
- 12Motivation
Not licensed yet? You can still apply. Tell us where you are with your training and we will take it from there.
From application to first shift
Four steps. You will know where you stand at each one.
- 01
Apply online
Tell us about yourself, answer twelve short questions about how you work, and attach your CV. It takes about twenty minutes.
- 02
We read every application
A member of our operations or vetting team reads your answers in full. You will receive a reference as soon as you apply.
- 03
A conversation
If your experience fits a role we are recruiting for, we will call or email you to arrange a conversation.
- 04
Screening and induction
Anybody we offer work to completes BS 7858 screening and a site induction before their first shift.
Have these ready
- Your CV as a PDF or Word document, up to 4 MB
- Your SIA licence number, if you hold one
- About twenty minutes somewhere quiet
- A real example or two in mind — we ask what you did, not what you would do
Ready when you are
Your answers are kept in this browser tab as you go, so a refresh or a dropped connection will not lose them. Your CV and details are stored securely and seen only by our operations and vetting team.
